Welcome to Be Best Therapy, the premier online therapy website for professional and entrepreneurs looking to  reduce anxiety, promote well being, nurture relationships and increase self care.  As a counsellor, I understand the unique challenges and stressors that come with being a professional or entrepreneur. I have personally worked with many individuals in similar positions, and I know how overwhelming and debilitating anxiety can be. Whether it’s feeling overwhelmed and unable to focus, or  you have physical symptoms like headaches or other aches and pains, anxiety can take a toll on our mental and physical well-being.
I want you to know that you’re not alone. We have all been there, and I understand what you’re going through. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help professionals and entrepreneurs like you reduce their anxiety and improve their overall well-being.
At Be Best Therapy, I use a variety of evidence-based techniques that have been proven to help people like you. I use Cognitive-BehaviouraL Therapy (CBT) which helps you identify and change negative thought patterns that are contributing to your anxiety. You will learn to recognise and challenge these thoughts, and start to see things in a more positive light.
I also use mindfulness-based therapies to help you focus on the present moment and develop a sense of inner calm. By learning to be more aware of your thoughts and feelings, you can start to notice when your anxiety is starting to rise and take steps to manage it more effectively.
In addition, I employ Integrated Counselling and Person-Centred Therapy to address your specific needs. These therapies will help you take control of your life and make positive changes that align with your professional goals.

Why Counselling?

People come to see a counsellor for all sorts of reasons. You may be aware that you are suffering from anxiety and/or depression and know that you need counselling to resolve things. But, there are many other reasons for seeing a therapist. You may be clear about what you want from therapy or you may only know that you need support from someone who isn’t a friend or family member.
