Welcome to Be Best Therapy, where I, as your dedicated counsellor, am committed to assisting you in improving your well-being, fostering relationships, and prioritising self-care.  As a psychotherapist, I understand the unique challenges and stressors that life can bring.  I have had the privilege of working with many individuals facing similar situations, and I am well aware of how anxiety can be overwhelming and impact both mental and physical well-being.  
 
I want you to know that you’re not alone. We have all faced challenges, and I am here to support you in navigating them.  That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help you improve your overall well-being and find effective ways to manage anxiety.
 
At Be Best Therapy, I employ a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs. I use Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps you identify and change negative thought patterns that are contributing to your anxiety. You will learn to recognise and challenge these thoughts and start to see things in a more positive light.
 
I also use mindfulness-based therapies to help you focus on the present moment and develop a sense of inner calm. By learning to be more aware of your thoughts and feelings, you can start to notice when your anxiety is starting to rise and take steps to manage it more effectively.
 
In addition, Integrated Counselling and Person-Centred Therapy are utilised to address your specific needs. These therapies will help you take control of your life and empower you to make positive changes that align with your personal and professional goals.

Why Counselling?
